Almond nut butter
Almond nut butter is excellent source of protein. Protein is super important for tissue regeneration and repair. Eating protein through almond nut butter is especially good for me as I am a sport enthusiasts. Protein takes much longer to digest than other food and therefore provides a steady source of energy during my trainings and workouts.
I use almond nut butter in my pre or post workout shakes. I also use it as a snack with my whole-wheat toast. It’s a great product for those who are trying to lose weight, it does also maintain blood sugar and reducing your risk of getting diabetes.
