Breakfast for champions

I always say that good breakfast is the key that opens doors to your health and happiness. So today I want to show you how to cook nice and nutritious breakfast for you and your loved once. It contains a lot of fiber, vitamins and minerals. And, believe me, kids and your man will love it!

Recipe

Clean and cut asparagus and tomatoes on the small cubes. Chop parsley. On the fried pan add olive oil and put asparagus. Cook for 3-4 minutes. After adding tomatoes cook for another 2-3 minutes, add parsley and egg on top. Cook until it’s done on a small to medium heat. I prefer the eggs to be sunny side up, so I cook them about 4-5 m.

Serve additional plate with wild salmon and avocado in marinade with lemon juice, salt and black pepper.

Your breakfast is ready!
