Here is a healthy brown rice noodles with veggies recipe, which is so easy to make.
You going to need :
- Organic brown rice noodles
- Mix of fresh organic mushrooms
- Fresh Bok Choy
- Spices ( Cumin, Turmeric powder)
- A touch of Red Chili Pepper
- Olive oil
In a heated pan, add a little olive oil then add mix of fresh mushrooms. Cook for 3-4 m. In meantime chop your Bok choy and red chili pepper, add all to the pan with mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes and stirring constantly. At the, end add the cumin and turmeric. Stir for 1-2, then put a side to chill.
Add brown rice noodles to a boiling water. Bring to the boil and reduce the heat. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Drain and add to the pan with prepared earlier veggies mix . Mix for 1 minute.
Your brown rice noodles pasta with veggies is ready !
