Coca Cola/Soda: drink or not to drink?
Recently I had discussions with various people in Milan about Coca Cola and soda in general. Is it that bad for our health? What it does to the body just in 60 minutes?
Can you imagine my surprise, when I find out that most people really believe that it is good for us. There is a myth that Coca Cola is burning all heavy fats you eat, so if you had a heavy meal with meet or fried food – drink Cola and it will be fine. Plus, I’ve heard a fantastic conception that Coca Cola comes from original medicine and has benefits for the health.
Well, let me tell you some facts and share with you the results of researches I’ve done on that topic.
