Fashion week snack
There is nothing better in a summer day, than a great snack. A healthy snack during the day are very important. That’s why today I decided to wake up with the sun and make for myself a delicious fruit salad. Follow my recipe or add some fruits you like – it’s all about freshness and vitamins today.
Sunrise fruit salad
150 grams of papaya
100 grams of pineapple
7 fresh mint leaves
Handfull of raspberry
1 tablespoon of Hemp seeds
1 teaspoon of Lemon juice
You already know, that I prefer to cut fruits on small pieces – this way it’s easy to digest. For seasoning I usually use lemon juice with some unusual additions, like mint leaves in this case. Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice with mint leaves and after several minutes add it to the bowl with fruits. Last, but certainly not least – add hemp seeds and enjoy!
For those who has no time to cook anв always on the go my suggestion is
EFFI stands for Eco-Friendly Food Initiative. You will love these products if you are constantly on the go. As they say, their snacks are “nutritionally unprecedented” and have “exceptional taste”. Their Probiotic CareBars have the right amount of protein and fiber to keep you feeling full for longer and also contain dairy-free probiotic to help your digestive system.
I found them during my visit to LA and this is what EFFI representatives told me at the EXPO west:
“Our products are different in many respects. They are organic and gluten-free. They are also fortified with a probiotic which is not dairy-sourced so it is suitable for lactose intolerant customers. It is shelf stable to forming bacteria so you don’t have to refrigerate it, which is fantastic. People usually associate healthy with “not tasty”. That is why we worked with Cleveland Clinic’s dieticians and wellness experts to create a special formula where it would be also delicious.”
