Fish cakes

Fish is very important in nutrition, especially if you decided to quit eating meat. It provides substances necessary for the human body and also reduces the risk of various diseases.

For example, fish is rich in omega-3 acid, which is highly important for our body, because it reduces the risk of heart disease and strengthens the immune system.
That’s why I decided to cook fish cakes with flavor touch of Thailand. You know that I travel a lot and find my inspiration in many different places. This is the dish inspired by one of my most memorable recent trip.

Ingredients
300 g of Yellowtail
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of Flaxseed
1 tablespoon of Turmeric
Chili pepper
Salt
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
1 small yam
7-10 Pecan Nuts
Hand full of Parsley
Hand full of fresh coriander

Recipe
First of all, we need to prepare a fish mince. Than carefully grate a small yam and mix it with the mince. Blend your greens with nuts and add it to the fish. For seasoning I add lemon juice, fish sauce and coconut oil. Perfectly flavored fish mince is ready.
Make small balls from you mince and carefully fry it using heavy-bottomed frying pan. After it cooked, put the pan into the oven for 1-2 minutes.
It’s ready!
