Fresh take on fried potato

Who does not like fried potatoes? I personally adore it! My mom often cook it and certainly this dish always reminds me of my childhood. Besides fried, I love boiled potatoes. Furthermore, to be honest, I can eat potatoes in any form. In this regard, I remembered the Soviet film “The Queen of a gas station,” where the cook said: “Fried potatoes, boiled, mashed potatoes… French fries, potato pie… Potato patties with meat, with mushrooms, with cabbage… Potato pancakes, roll, casserole, potato stew with prunes… Shangi! “. So, I’m that person who can cook and eat potatoes in any form. Despite this, in my recipes you rarely see potatoes. Therefore, today I decided to change that!

3 boiled potatoes
1 cucumber
3-4 asparagus shoots
1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of sesame oil

For today’s dish, I used boiled potatoes, which I had in the refrigerator. I cut it into slices and quickly fried in boiling fresh olive oil. In the meantime, I mixed in a bowl grated fresh cucumber, sliced asparagus, a tablespoon of chia seeds and teaspoons of olive and sesame oil. Finally, I served this mixture on a plate with potatoes and it’s ready!
