Start your morning with healthy vegetarian breakfast. Cooking time 10-15m.


Add the finely chopped cauliflower in frying pan with hemp oil continue to fry for 20 sec, then add half chopped asparagus and continue for 20 sec more. In meantime crack 2 eggs in mixing bowl. Beat the eggs with sesame and salt and a bit of water. Add the halved tomatoes in the pan cut side down and rest of asparagus  in decoration way, then fill all which egg mixture evenly. Cover up and cook for 5-7 m in very low heat.




Add in mixing bowl chopped radish,green peas sprouts, mint and sesame. Mix up with hemp oil and salt.

Your healthy vegetarian breakfast is ready.
