Organize your morning routine with Anastassia Khozissova
We talked about importance of a breakfast and morning routine in our previous articles. Today I invite you to create and practice it!
The night before
- Prepare all ingredients you need for your breakfast.
- Make your green juice.
- Prepare your outfit for work.
- Prepare your bag.
In the morning
- Wake up 1 hour before you need to leave for work.
- Stretch in bed for 5 minutes and thank God or Universe for an amazing day ahead. Think positive.
- You have another 5 minutes to rush to the kitchen and add hot water or milk to your oatmeal.
- Do simple workout for 10-15 minutes. You can train with me by checking my workout videos and following the instruction.
- 20 minutes you need for a shower, teeth hygiene, make-up and dress up.
- Make sure to take time and eat your breakfast slowly, at least for 15 minutes.
- It’s time to go to work! Don’t forget your green juice. While you are in a train or bus, drink your juice, check your emails, answer your friends’ texts, make selfies or read the book or, as my girlfriend used to say, look around and make an eye contact with handsome stranger.
