Papaya Chia seeds snack

What you going to need :




Glass 150 ml

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

70 ml of almond milk

50 grams of fresh papaya

Honey, if necessary


Soak chia seeds in almond milk for 30 minutes. Add small pieces of papaya on top. The snack is ready! Yes, it’s that simple!


The best thing about it is that you can prepare it in the evening, keep it in refrigerator and eat it in the morning as breakfast. You can also add honey and fresh mint if you the one who has sweet teeth. Enjoy your snack and don’t forget to share this recipe with others.
