Pilates for abs
Pilates is great for your core and I love it because you don’t have to have any special equipment, just a mat. In this short video I will show you two simple exercises for your abdominals. Trained abs are necessary in Pilates, it will help you to become stronger with each rep.
I exercise every day but if you do this at least 15 minutes a day, I can guarantee you will notice changes in your body.
NB! First thing to remember in pilates is to breathe correctly: inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth. When you exhale, contract your lower abdominals pulling your belly button to your spine.
Don’t try to make it fast, this workout is meant to be slow, smooth movements.
