Pilates session: powerful abdominals
Another day – another workout! Find 15 minutes in your busy schedule, put on your best sport leggings (I, personally, loooove good sportswear), turn on the video and let’s work together! This time I invite you to join me to do several exercises for you abdominals.
Maybe the first time you will not be able to make it perfect. But you’ll improve with the time, believe me. Just don’t forget to give yourself a credit for doing this set of exercises every day. And you’ll see the difference.
NB! Each exercise should be done at least 10-15 times.
