Pomegranate Smoothie

Garnet – it is not only a delicious fruit but also a whole vitamin and mineral complex. After all, the Garnet has everything you need for a full body work. And if you are a vegetarian and eat only vegetable and dairy food, the pomegranate is the fruit that should always be on your table. It also contains four basic vitamins: C, P, B6, and B12. Why basic, you ask, because vitamin C strengthens the immune system, P – vessels, B6 – the nervous system, and vitamin B12 improves blood formation.

Therefore, this fall, we advise you to enjoy Pomegranate Smoothie!

Ingredients:

60 ml. Almond milk
1 Prunes
3 Sprigs of parsley (without rootlets)
1/2 Pomegranate seeds
1/2 Peeled grapefruit
1/3 cup Pine nuts (previously soaked in a water)

Recipe: All ingredients blend together for 30-60 seconds (depending on the power of the blender).
