Powerful smoothie with chia seeds and mixed berries

Today I want to share with you the recipe of the smoothie/dessert, which can be your perfect morning starter! While you may enjoy smoothies for their refreshing, delicious flavors, some mornings you just might crave more texture and crunch. And this one is exactly like this – nutritious and powerful, full of vitamins and protein.

Ingredients

1 teaspoon of acai powder

1 banana

2 teaspoons of coconut flakes

5 mulberries

2 tablespoons of Chia seeds

10 goji berries

1 cup of water

Probiotic, optional

Recipe

Blend all ingredients, except chia seeds, in VitamiX blender (or the one you have on your kitchen). After you see the texture is smooth, add chia seeds and leave it for 10-15 minutes. You can cook it in the evening, store it in the fridge and eat in the morning. It will save you tons of time once you wake up and in hurry for day’s duties.

This smoothie is full of vitamins and minerals. It’s reach in Omega 3 and fiber. Thanks to wonderful Acai powder, it contains vitamin A, which contributes to a healthy immune system and healthy eyes, packed with calcium, which maintains normal bones and teeth and helps blood to clot normally and the source of iron.

While goji berries will boost the immune system and brain activity, protect against heart disease and cancer, and improve life expectancy. Goji berries contain vitamin C, vitamin B2, vitamin A, iron, selenium and other antioxidants (notably polysaccharides).
