Salmon with sweet chili sauce by Nicola Breytenbach

Salmon with sweet chili sauce:

Place some foil on a baking sheet with the dull side of foil facing up. Spray the foil with a non -stick spray of your preference. Turn the oven on to preheat . You want it at the highest temperature of the oven, grill and fan.

Put the salmon pieces on the foil and then season very slightly with the seafood spice. Now add some black pepper. Pour the chili sauce on generously and leave it like that until the oven is hot. Just before you put the salmon in squeeze some lemon on top.




Place it in the oven quite high up under the grill. Once it’s been for 10 min you have to really watch it, it cooks very quickly.

While you your salmon is baking prepare quinoa. On 1 cup of quinoa add 2 cup of water. Bring to boil, then cover and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 15 m.


At the same time mix your greens with dry cranberries, sunflower seeds and dressing.


Your salmon with sweet chili sauce is ready!
