Scissors and criss-cross with Anastassia Khozissova. Episode 2

I personally love scissors and criss cross. Those exercises endurance are a great workout for both abdominal, legs and extended hips. The key here is to maintain your breathing correct and not to move your legs to the body, but use your abdominals and move your upper body to the legs. When you do this exercise make sure your movement comes from you abdominals and not from your neck . Relax your neck !
