Sexy shape: pilates for buttocks

It’s time to wake up from holidays and rush to the gym or make a simple, yet very effective workout at home! You need to pay off for days of laziness and heavy eating.

Today we will be doing exercises for our buttocks. For that you will need a pilates ring. If you have a mirror, it’s a good idea to start exercise watching yourself so that you could see exactly what you are doing. It is very important.

Each exercise should be done at least 10-15 times on each side daily.
