Side body workout with Anastassia Khozissova  key :

  • Your weight should be on elbow and on knees.
  • Slowly  lift your pelvis up.
  • Make sure you do not have any sharp pain on your body or on your shoulders.
  • The same with extended and lifted leg. Make sure you straighten your leg slow.
  • Brief
  • Repeat each exercise 10-15 times.
