While preparing your buckwheat, salt and pepper your fish. Drizzle with a little bit of lemon juice.
Preheat your frying pan with olive oil. Add file of Spatula to the pan. Cook for 2-3m on each side.
Add buckwheat with asparagus to your plate. On top place gently Spatula and finish with currant sauce on top.
Decorate with touch of olive oil.
