Steamed Mahi Mahi with coconut rice and veggies

I love cooking fish. It’s a healthy and light alternative to meat and perfect idea for your dinner. Since among my friends I’m famous for unusual mixes and flavors, I decided to add a sexy tone to my Mahi Mahi by using coconut rice.

Recipe
1. Cut celery, parsley and tomatoes and add to a deep frying pan. Sauté your veggies for 5 minutes on medium fire.
2. Add  rice and mix with veggies. Cook for 5 minutes  mixing constantly on medium to high fire, than add  1/2 of coconut milk. Cook for 10 minutes constantly mixing.
Dorado
3. Lower the heat. Add the rest of coconut milk to the pan, mix and close with cover. Cook for another 5-10 minutes.
4. Keep checking your rice. When the rice is almost done add top file of Dorade fish.
5. Cook/steam for 5-10 minutes.
6. Add basil.
7. Decorate your plate with avocado.
