Vegan pumpkin soup

I love to cook simple and easy meals. One of those is my vegan pumpkin soup.
Is very good for you and super easy to make.
- 200 gr. raw clean and cut pumpkin
- 1/2 bulb of onion
- 1 clean carrot
- 5-6 stalks of kale
- Spices ( cumin, origan, turmeric powder, sesame)
- Himalayan salt
Add all ingredients with water to a saucepan. Cook on medium heat for 15-20m.
When the vegetables are cooked take a ladle and carefully put it all into a blender. Mix for 30 seconds. Your vegan pumpkin soup is ready.
