Why breakfast is important for you?
Good morning! You all know me as a top-model and health coach, and recently I became a Glamsetter for Glamour Italia. This is my first motivational post for them.
In Russia we say: «The way you start the morning will have an impact on your whole day». Trust me, it’s true. Mornings are very important since they help us to set up the day. The mood you have in the morning will follow you during the day.
Have you noticed that when you are in a good mood people around you acts more friendly and interested to work with you? Well, that’s how it works.
Why breakfast is important for you? Breakfast is essential in your day. You would say “I am not hungry in the morning” or “I don’t have time, I am busy to get my husband ready for work and kids to school”. But the truth is that we should control our time, not letting the time control us. Which means it’s possible to make everything at once: eat healthy, be happy and enjoy the time with your family.
Most of the time we jump out of the bed without even thinking about ourselves. Shower, coffee, cigarettes in some cases and rush to work. I was exactly like you before I discovered a power of fashionable and healthy BREAKFAST!
My typical breakfast include oatmeal and green juice.
Juice of the day: green energy
• 1 green Apple
• Hand full of Parsley
• 2 stalk of Celery
• 1 Fennel bulb
• Lemon, if necessary
Just put all ingredients in your slow juicer. When the mix is ready, take a straw and drink your juice slowly.
Usually, I prepare my juice late evening and keep it in the fridge until morning. I soak my oatmeal overnight if I know I have not enough time in the morning or cook before my water procedures.
Oatmeal for breakfast
50 g of pumpkin
1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
30 g of raspberries
1 tablespoon of Flaxseed
1 green apple
3 tablespoons of raw oatmeal
50 ml of almond milk
Boil pieces of pumpkin in small pan for 5-6 minutes. Once it’s getting softer, add 3 tablespoons of raw oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar and 1 tablespoon of Flaxseed. Beforehand cut green apple on small pieces. Now it’s time to add it to the pan with oatmeal and pumpkin, following by almond milk. Carefully mix the substance you have in the pan. Finally, add some raspberries. You oatmeal is almost ready. Close the pan with the lip and leave it for 5 minutes before eating.
