Workout with Anastassia Khozissova

Today we are going workout with Anastassia Khozissova on your gluteus hamstrings and your abs. Make sure your abs is active all the time during this exercises. For those who cannot keep the legs straight the other option for the same exercise could be with your legs band in table top position or with slightly band legs. The most import part of this exercise is your breath. Do not forget to breathe.
