New Workout with Anastassia Khozissova

Good Morning ! Rise and shine !

Today workout with Anastassia Khozissova main focus is gluteus and hamstrings.

  • Squeeze the ball between legs slow 4 times then faster and shorter 4 times. Then squeeze and hold count to 5 and let it go count to 5.  Repeat 2 times.
  • Now, keep squeezing the ball and extend one leg. Press the ball 10 times. Keep your buttocks up. Make sure that all work goes on your gluteus and legs and not on your neck and diaphragm. There should be no pain on your neck. Breath out when you squeeze the ball. Repeat each leg 2 times.
  • Without ball, lift and lower one leg 10 times. Make sure you brief the same way for both legs.( as per video) Bottom up leg up toes goes up and leg down toes come down. Repeat each leg 2 times.
