Workout with Anastassia Khozissova key :
- Your weight should equal on your legs and your body.
- Do not extend your pelvis. Your abdominals are always activated.
- Focus on gluteus and legs.
- The key here is to activate your gluteus. The movements are slow and precise.
- Make sure you do not have any sharp pain on your body or on your shoulders.
- The same with extended and lifted leg.
- Repeat each exercise 10-15 times.
