Workout with Anastassia Khozissova  key :

  • Your weight should equal on your legs and your body.
  • Do not extend your pelvis. Your abdominals are always activated.
  • Focus on gluteus and legs.
  • The key here is to activate your gluteus. The movements are slow and precise.
  • Make sure you do not have any sharp pain on your body or on your shoulders.
  • The same with extended and lifted leg.
  • Brief
  • Repeat each exercise 10-15 times.
