Workout with Anastassia Khozissova: Half roll back.

Dear friend,

Today workout with Anastassia Khozissova: half roll back. This exercise is excellent for your back and your abdominals.

  • Maintain back (spinal) flexion during rotation of rib cage.  A lots of obliques engaged.
  • Now half roll back. Keep your back rounded engage your abdominals. On the way back reaching arms to the ceiling while straightening the spine. Attention to head, don’t go forward during articulation of spine backward. Activate your obliques muscles.

Repeat each exercise 10-15 times.
